This impressive snail originates from the tropical Indo-Pacific and is characterized by its large, beautifully patterned shell, which is of collector quality. The species lives in shallow water near reefs and has a wide distribution area from the east coast of Africa to Australia. A matching operculum (lid) is present and has been carefully glued in to preserve authenticity.
